Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing The Elham. My goal is to ensure you have a positive and valuable experience with every digital product, audit, or coaching service you purchase.
Please review the following policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. Coaching & Strategy Services

All 1:1 coaching calls, SEO/SEM strategy audits, and automation setup services are personalized and delivered based on your specific business needs.
Because of this customized nature:

  • Refunds are not offered once a session or service has been booked and confirmed.
  • You may reschedule your session once if notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  • Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice will be considered a completed service and will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.

If a session is canceled by me due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.

2. Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, or educational materials sold through The Elham are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., file download problem or access error), please contact me within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll make sure you receive working access or a replacement file.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases due to technical errors.
  • Payment processed in error for an unavailable service.
  • Failure to deliver the purchased service within a reasonable timeframe (unless you opted to reschedule).

In such cases, please email elham.growth.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, and I will review the situation promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

To request a refund or raise a concern, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for booking
  • Date of purchase or session
  • Reason for the request and any relevant details

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

5. Changes to This Policy

The Elham reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time to reflect business changes or new services. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
